Medical Publications Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical/Pharma Publications Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate publication process, ensuring all materials meet journal and congress requirements and deadlines
• Reference, format, copyedit, and proofread submissions including manuscripts, abstracts, and presentations/posters
• Collaborate with internal departments to manage design and production of data displays for scientific meetings

Required Qualifications

• BS (or BA plus experience) in a scientific discipline or clinical research required
• 2 years' experience in a medical communications, preclinical, or clinical research environment
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and publication management software
• Experience with legal submissions and Datavision
• Project/Traffic management expertise to guide projects from start to finish
