Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Address a backlog of M3P tickets within a small team
• Focus on maintenance and enhancements of the system
• Ensure alignment between two ticketing systems and communicate with vendors to track ticket progress

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Medicare, preferably with M3P (Medicare Prescription Payment Plan)
• Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in managing ticketing systems
• Familiarity with vendor communication and tracking progress
• Ability to handle maintenance and enhancements effectively
