A company is looking for a Member Communications Manager to oversee the development and compliance of plan-related communications for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client requirements and oversee the development of member communications
- Prioritize and maintain project schedules to track status, timing, risks, and deliverables
- Ensure all communication content meets CMS, client, and internal requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience with HS/GED plus 5-7 years relevant experience
- 3-7 years of communication and program management experience
- Experience working directly with clients in a professional setting
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus, though not required
