Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Communications Manager to oversee the development and compliance of plan-related communications for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client requirements and oversee the development of member communications
  • Prioritize and maintain project schedules to track status, timing, risks, and deliverables
  • Ensure all communication content meets CMS, client, and internal requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience with HS/GED plus 5-7 years relevant experience
  • 3-7 years of communication and program management experience
  • Experience working directly with clients in a professional setting
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Healthcare industry knowledge is a plus, though not required
