A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to drive customer adoption, engagement, and growth through lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to onboard and educate new users, driving product usage and adoption
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle marketing programs across various channels to nurture pet parents throughout their journey
- Measure and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for improvement
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years in B2C lifecycle marketing with experience in email, SMS, and direct mail campaigns
- Extensive experience with CRM and email marketing platforms, preferably Klaviyo
- Fluent in analyzing campaign performance using tools like GA4 and Tableau
- Experience executing co-branded or partner activation campaigns
- Proven ability to collaborate with data and engineering teams for lifecycle program implementation
