MEP BIM Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a MEP Modeler/BIM Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Model various trades including Architecture, Structure, or MEP based on project scope
• Ensure high-quality modeling and self-management throughout the modeling and coordination phases
• Identify and resolve potential conflicts during the initial information review and modeling phases

Required Qualifications

• Upper Intermediate level of English
• Civil/Mechanical Engineering background or degree
• 2 years of professional experience with Revit
• Experience in modeling in Revit at LOD 350-400
