Mercier Consultancy is excited to open a position for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a high standard of service. Your effective communication skills and dedication to satisfaction will be crucial in building strong relationships with our clients. Responsibilities

  • Assist Dutch-speaking customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services in Dutch.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure a positive service experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and client satisfaction.
  • Stay knowledgeable about product offerings and updates to provide effective support.
  • Gather feedback from customers to help improve the service we provide.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in using customer service tools and technology.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
