Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Agent for our Online Streaming Media division, offering a competitive salary of 2000 per month. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our Dutch-speaking customers as they navigate our streaming platform. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing information about our media content and features. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in Dutch for inquiries related to streaming media services.
• Assist customers with account setup, subscription questions, and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Provide detailed information about available content, features, and platform functionality.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance and reporting.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on the latest content offerings and platform updates to provide informed support.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the media or technology field is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot common streaming issues.
• Familiarity with customer service software and online platforms.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple inquiries effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
