Key Responsibilities
- Responds to customer inquiries and resolves technical issues related to video and internet services
- Creates and manages service tickets while following Standard Operating Procedures for problem resolution
- Stays updated on new technology and provides feedback on service failures or customer concerns
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience; Associate's degree preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and write routine reports
- Basic mathematical skills for calculations and data interpretation
- Capacity to follow instructions and solve problems in standardized situations
- Experience in customer service or technical support preferred
