Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Care Specialist I - Residential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responds to customer inquiries and resolves technical issues related to video and internet services
  • Creates and manages service tickets while following Standard Operating Procedures for problem resolution
  • Stays updated on new technology and provides feedback on service failures or customer concerns
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience; Associate's degree preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and write routine reports
  • Basic mathematical skills for calculations and data interpretation
  • Capacity to follow instructions and solve problems in standardized situations
  • Experience in customer service or technical support preferred
