Our Consumer Care team plays a central role in delivering a high-end service experience after the sale. We support consumers with everything from product guidance and usage tips to troubleshooting issues, coordinating repairs, and dispatching spare parts. If you enjoy solving problems and helping people, this is where you can truly make an impact.
What you’ll be doing?
- Deliver exceptional consumer support over phone, email & chat with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Troubleshoot product issues and offer clear, concise guidance to consumers.
- Determine when repair interventions or spare part dispatches are required and coordinate accordingly.
- Accurately collect and validate consumer and product information (model, serial number, purchase date, etc.).
- Manage and document all cases efficiently in CMR systems, following internal processes.
What skills & experience you’ll bring to us?
- Fluent English: You have a high and fluent English level (C2), both written and spoken.
- Strong soft skills, with emotional intelligence, empathy, and active listening at the core.
- Customer-First Mindset: You love helping people and solving problems, whether it’s over the phone or by email.
- Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with MS Office and can pick up new tools quickly.
- Organised & Motivated: Even when things get busy, you stay organised and keep delivering quality service.
- Eligibility: Be eligible to work in Spain.
What do we offer?
- Starting date: November 2025.
- Salary: 10.769€ gross per year.
- Working hours: Part Time (20 hours per week).
- Schedule: 4 days per week between Monday to Sunday from 10 am to 3 pm.
- 2 weeks of full-time training from 10 am to 7 pm (office-based).
- 24 holiday days per year (pro-rata).
- Work Model: Hybrid working model.
- Location: Barcelona, Spain.
