Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
• Provide detailed information about our products and services to customers.
• Resolve issues efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our support systems.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex customer problems.
• Collect customer feedback to improve overall service quality.
• Stay updated on product knowledge to support customers effectively.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with customer support tools and software is an advantage.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive, patient demeanor with a genuine desire to assist customers.
