German Speaking Customer Service Agent Financial Services

Mercier Consultancy is currently seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our Financial Services team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our German-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries about our diverse range of financial products and services. Your primary focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat regarding financial services.
• Offer detailed information about our financial products, services, and account management options.
• Assist customers in resolving account issues, transaction inquiries, and any complaints they may have.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on inquiries as necessary.
• Collaborate with the financial services team to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on current financial regulations and product offerings to provide informed assistance.
• Collect feedback from customers to drive service improvement initiatives.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services sector.
• Strong communication skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer experiences.
• Proficient problem-solving skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
• Familiarity with customer service software and financial applications is a plus.
• A genuine interest in financial products and the ability to explain them clearly to clients.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
