Job Description
This role is a member of the GL&D Engagement Team, leading initiatives that advance the GL&D Strategy and Roadmap and drive initiatives/priorities that support GL&D and HR priorities and vision.
The learning engagement lead works with leaders across the enterprise to enable the end-to-end learning experience through corporate wide learning technology. They will translate the learning experience into learning requirements and provide business / CoE input to the learning technology roadmap in partnership with GL&D, HR / HR Operations, IT, Communications, and business stakeholders. As systems are integrated to improve the learning experience, the Learning Engagement Lead will support the change management strategy, advocate for a successful integration across the HR technology ecosystem and drive the realization of the global learning strategy and experience for all employees.
The Learning Engagement Lead will support the creation of a frictionless learning experience, leveraging existing learning technology, while driving the greatest value for the organization. They will ensure approved applications/tools are deployed in alignment to our learning and technology strategy and will work with HR Operations to create administrative processes for sustainability at scale. This role is accountable for gathering and providing necessary design to support end users, is an advocate for learning technology and how it integrates into the eco-system and provides end user driven recommendations for improvements. They promote how to effectively leverage the technology to drive innovative learning approaches across a wide range of global stakeholders. GL&D, HR, and IT.
Specific areas of responsibility include:
• Educate GLD team the technology eco-system roadmap and strategy as defined by the GL&D and HR Solutions & Strategy in partnership with IT
• Enable division-based learning initiatives with established technology and platforms and apply common standards and practices for how GLD will leverage the applications in support of the business
• Gather and prioritize learner insights and personas to drive innovation in learning and optimal learner experience
• Provide input to Learning Blueprints and Technology Roadmap to improve learner accessibility, interaction and community engagement.
• Determine gaps and redundancies in learning technology, reduce duplication and improve learner experience through optimization of our company’s Learning Technology Stack.
• Drive awareness and proficiency in learning technologies across the company and within GL&D, to optimize effective utilization of technology to enable a frictionless learning experience.
• Ensure GL&D alignment to existing technology governance of change requests, establish, and maintain communication of all requests and prioritization.
• Work in conjunction with IT and HROPs to prioritize features with vendors, communicate updates and provide input to vendor roadmaps.
• Provide input and insight to learning vendor platforms to support our company’s end-to-end employee learning experience.
• Deliver feedback to leadership on learner experience outcomes. Identify opportunities for improvement in both function and application.
• Be a champion for a cohesive, cross platform approach to solutioning, scalability and sustainability for all programs delivered.
• Participate in ticket/issue reviews and provide input to determine reason and severity of trends, potential changes to process or assist in defining and recommend corrective action with HROPs and IT.

• Business Consulting: Expertise in consulting and ability to coach clients not to use learning solutions where they will not be effective
• Oral and Written Communications: Ability to express oneself to provide information to others effectively and in a succinct manner; outstanding verbal, written, and executive level presentation abilities and interpersonal skills; ability to ask thoughtful questions to gain insights, listen, and understand other perspectives
• Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Ability to use a broad range of methods, assumptions, frameworks, and perspectives when solving problems and making decisions. Ability to ruthlessly prioritize own and (if applicable) team’s work. Seek first to leverage existing resources and align with other areas of GL&D before developing new assets
• Data analytics: Ability to determine business and learning outcomes, metrics and measurement strategies. Ability to analyze and interpret data for business and learning decisions
• Planning: Project planning and management experience, including the ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1–2 years), and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the business plan
Required:
• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree, or currently in pursuit of degree completion, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT and or Learning and Development
• 4 years of experience supporting learning and development systems
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking and execution, business acumen, collaboration, strong verbal, and written communication and leading without authority, strong project management skills.
• Strong organizational awareness, change management, stakeholder management, experience working in a global organization, background in user experience.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
Effective September 5, 2023, employees in office-based positions in the U.S. will be working a Hybrid work consisting of three total days on-site per week, generally Tuesday, Wednesday and either Monday or Thursday, although the specific days may vary by site or organization, with Friday designated as a remote-working day, unless business critical tasks require an on-site presence. Final determinations with respect to salary will take into account a number of factors, which may include, but not be limited to the primary work location and the chosen candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and education.
Expected salary range:
$118,640.00 – $186,800.00
