Instructional Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop and maintain instructional resources for adult learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging learning solutions in collaboration with the Content and Learning team and external vendors
• Partner with stakeholders to define learning goals, objectives, and expected outcomes for various audiences
• Create and update instructional materials for diverse learners and service delivery modalities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of instructional design experience and knowledge of adult learning principles
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems
• Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Strong project management skills and creativity in designing interactive learning experiences
• Passion for the organization's mission is essential
