Job Summary
A company is looking for a Metadata Specialist to support the airline metadata team across customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for airline metadata and facilitate regular meetings with the metadata team
- Create and maintain process documentation, manage QC checklists, and ensure timely execution of content updates
- Investigate and resolve issues, conduct root cause analysis, and train the team on systems and processes
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of data-entry/CMS experience or similar applicable data experience preferred
- Inflight industry experience is an advantage but not essential
- Ability to work in high-paced environments and across different time zones
- Strong initiative and adaptability to contribute to a long-term vision
- Experience in training and developing team skills
