Job Summary

A company is looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator (Night Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Tier III/IV support of the VA EMCS environment
• Monitor and maintain network performance and resolve enterprise-wide problems
• Manage and troubleshoot issues for Executive level users and handle assigned trouble tickets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field preferred; 8 years of relevant experience may substitute for education
• 5-8 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role
• Ability to pass a background check
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and Active Directory
• Proficiency in using PowerShell for administration
