Mid-level Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Designer (Mid-level).

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehend product goals, identify requirements, and address user problems to optimize member impact and company benefits
• Illustrate and present creative solutions that enhance user experience; effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders
• Support user experience research, share findings, and integrate insights into product development to refine user interactions

Qualifications/Skills:

• 3+ years of experience, with at least 2 years of UI/UX design experience and 2 years of dedicated product design experience
• Proficient in design principles and best practices, including typography, desktop/mobile UI, color schemes, layout, and iconography
• Possesses a diverse and compelling online portfolio that showcases a wide range of design projects
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and make decisions under uncertainty
• Strong adaptability to changing business needs with a knack for building and optimizing processes
