Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Clinical Consultant responsible for reviewing and analyzing complex medical information to support disability claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze claim file information to deliver evidence-based recommendations
• Collaborate with internal partners and healthcare providers to clarify treatment plans and support recovery strategies
• Provide coaching to non-clinical staff to enhance medical understanding for claim management

Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing and active RN license required; bachelor's degree strongly preferred
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Proficiency with digital tools and multiple platforms
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
