Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Solicit, analyze, and negotiate customer requirements to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Manage multiple priorities and stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels
• Mentor junior team members and support end-user training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field; graduate degree is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a Project Management Organization
• Experience in designing and implementing project management methodologies
• Proficiency in multiple project methodologies including Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows and understanding of HIPAA regulations is advantageous
