Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consultant, Issue Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate issues to identify underlying root causes and document findings
• Develop and implement action plans to prevent recurrence of issues and monitor effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine RCA methodologies and write actionable business requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
• 2+ years of experience in root cause analysis and issue management within the PBM or healthcare industry
• Experience with RCA tools and methodologies
• Demonstrated knowledge of claims processing workflows and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
