Job Summary

A company is looking for an Originating Loan Officer Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review files for adherence to underwriting standards and ensure completeness of submissions
  • Act as a liaison between origination staff, underwriters, and customers while managing client databases
  • Provide administrative support in the loan application process and resolve any file issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Active MLO Licensing required
  • 2 - 5 years of experience for LOA Level 1; 5+ years for LOA Level 2
  • Experience in marketing and database management
  • Ability to analyze customer credit and financial scenarios
  • Familiarity with loan processing and underwriting procedures
