Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Mortgage Business Support Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Pricing Exception and Relationship Pricing requests from customers and sales
• Manage Post-Closing Loan Modification requests and validate customer eligibility
• Collaborate with the Pricing Oversight team to track and log request details accurately

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Proficiency with MS Office products, especially Excel
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Proven ability to build relationships and work across multiple teams
• High School Degree or relevant experience
• Preferred: Experience in Mortgage, particularly pricing
