Technical Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Solutions Delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to document functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Agile Product Owner
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong understanding of the SDLC
• Experience using Salesforce, Appian, or ServiceNow is strongly preferred
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar)
