Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 - 4 years of related experience preferred
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Experience in healthcare or care coordination is beneficial
• Relevant certifications may be advantageous
