Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Document Specialist who will develop and implement operational risk and compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze regulatory concerns and escalate gaps in controls to management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain the compliance policy manual and identify corrective actions for compliance issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum two years of relevant industry experience, including one year in compliance
- Preferred two years of supervisory or work leadership experience
- Preferred two years of departmental experience
- Solid working knowledge of personal computers and relevant software
