Job Summary
A company is looking for a Corporate Mortgage Finance Training and Ops Process Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and perform training for clients and colleagues on MSR and Warehouse Lending activities
- Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for operational efficiencies and compliance
- Manage user acceptance testing and oversee resource allocation and test execution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of Mortgage Finance/Warehouse experience in lieu of a degree
- Minimum 10 years of relevant mortgage operations experience, particularly in client training and systems administration
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership abilities and experience in driving change
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other internet resources
