Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Mortgage Finance Training and Ops Process Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and perform training for clients and colleagues on MSR and Warehouse Lending activities
  • Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements for operational efficiencies and compliance
  • Manage user acceptance testing and oversee resource allocation and test execution
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of Mortgage Finance/Warehouse experience in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant mortgage operations experience, particularly in client training and systems administration
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong leadership abilities and experience in driving change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other internet resources
