Mortgage Processor III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor III to assess loan requests and facilitate communication between customers and the mortgage department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional communication with all parties involved in loan applications
• Obtain necessary documentation and information for loan processing
• Monitor and analyze credit reports and documentation to ensure compliance with guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Associates Degree or two years equivalent work experience
• Two to three years prior mortgage processing or underwriting experience
• Good PC skills with knowledge of Excel, Word, Email Platform, and Adobe
• Knowledge of product, investor, and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
