Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre-award activities including proposal development, submission, and compliance with guidelines
- Oversee post-award activities such as budget reconciliation, financial reporting, and compliance monitoring
- Collaborate with faculty and departments to ensure efficient management of sponsored research projects
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required; research or grants education/certification preferred
- No prior experience required for candidates with a relevant degree
- Successful completion of specific training programs within the first six months of hire is mandatory
- Experience in an academic institution is preferred
- Budget reconciliation experience is preferred
