A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Underwriter.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan application packages and evaluate borrower's financial obligations
• Analyze loan terms and ensure compliance with program guidelines
• Make loan decisions and communicate outcomes to relevant parties

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Residential Mortgage Underwriting experience
• College degree preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of secondary market guidelines (FNMA/FHLMC/GNMA)
• Effective analytical and mathematical skills
• Knowledge of mortgage insurance and regulatory compliance
