MRO Procurement Program Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MRO & Supplies Procurement Program Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of category strategies and supplier relationship management
• Establish category plans to drive EBITDA growth through preferred suppliers and monitor their performance
• Communicate metrics and develop relationships to enhance the adoption of the preferred supplier network

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7-10 years of facilities category management and/or operational experience within the supply chain
• Professional certifications preferred (e.g., CPSM, CIPS, C.P.M.)
• In-depth knowledge of procurement fundamentals and subject matter expertise in MRO or supplies procurement
• Strong analytical skills and ability to independently lead multiple projects
