Job Summary

A company is looking for a Narrative Lead - External Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand and evolve existing lore through detailed worldbuilding and character development
• Collaborate with team leadership to integrate narrative seamlessly into the game experience
• Lead a team in creating engaging story arcs, quests, and other narrative content

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in writing for games, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven narrative expertise in mobile multiplayer games (MMORPG/ARPG preferred)
• Collaborative leadership style with strong mentorship skills
• Mastery of narrative design and game design principles
• Mandarin language proficiency is a strong plus for cross-cultural collaboration
