Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with technical issues related to our IT services and products.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to accurately support customers.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departmental teams.
  • Provide feedback on service processes and contribute to ongoing improvements.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Basic understanding of information technology concepts and services.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
