Job Summary
A company is looking for an nCino Support Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support to end users for nCino and related Salesforce applications, troubleshooting and resolving incidents
- Develop and maintain internal documentation, including the Known Error Database and Knowledge Base articles
- Conduct onboarding and training for users to enhance adoption and improve proficiency with the platform
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED, HiSET, TASC) required
- 2+ years of experience supporting nCino, Salesforce, or similar cloud-based banking applications
- Experience in creating user documentation, support guides, or knowledge articles
- Undergraduate Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred
