Network Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Engineer to provide operational support for clients' network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Address escalated tickets for complex operational issues in client networks
• Maintain clients' existing networks to ensure stability and compliance
• Assist with projects for data network design, development, and implementation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of Network Engineering experience, preferably at an MSP
• Cisco CCNA and/or CCNP, or Fortinet FCP certification or equivalent experience required
• Experience with network technologies from Fortinet, Cisco, Aruba, Palo Alto, and Ubiquiti
• Extensive knowledge of network protocols, services, and monitoring tools
