Job Summary

A company is looking for a Per Diem Healthcare Provider for the First Responder Peer Services programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in handling telephone calls and service requests effectively
• Maintain knowledge of eligibility and admission criteria for relevant programs
• Conduct clinical assessments and schedule appointments as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with one year of experience in the human services field
• At least three years of experience as a firefighter, Corrections Officer, EMS professional, or retired law enforcement officer
• Active New Jersey certification/licensure in Social Work if applicable
• Valid driver's license required
• Equivalent education, experience, and/or training may substitute for degree requirements
