Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support their operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact between clients and loan officers, ensuring timely communication and document review
• Process loan applications, issue pre-approval letters, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Monitor loan progress to achieve a 95% on-time closing rate while providing excellent customer service

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or origination
• State and Federal NMLS License preferred
• Experience with RESPA and mortgage regulations
• Familiarity with Encompass and major investors' guidelines
