A company is looking for a Remote Large Animal Credentialed Vet Tech/Non Credentialed Veterinary Support Staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming cases via phone and email regarding adverse events and concerns related to large animal products
- Document case details in electronic records and ensure follow-up for animal well-being and adverse event reporting
- Support the reimbursement process as needed while managing cases under pressure
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a large animal or mixed animal veterinary clinic/hospital
- Ability to work varying shifts and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency with keyboarding, PCs, Microsoft Office, and common computer software
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations accurately
- Remote work requires meeting IT requirements and maintaining a distraction-free workspace
