A company is looking for a Claims Team Lead - General Liability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of 5 to 6 adjusters handling various general liability claims
- Ensure appropriate claim handling, decision making, and adherence to in-house processes
- Conduct employee performance reviews and provide continuous coaching and support
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years handling general liability claims
- Minimum 3 years handling litigated matters
- Significant supervisory experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree or higher required
- Active adjuster licenses
