Job Summary

A company is looking for an ABA Chart Audit Specialist who will support clinicians in maintaining high standards of clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review clinical documentation to ensure it reflects skilled care and medical necessity
• Schedule and lead educational sessions based on documentation review results
• Cultivate relationships with clinical leadership and compliance teams

Required Qualifications and Education

• Graduate from an accredited BCBA program or RBT certification by the BACB
• At least 4 years of clinical experience
• Understanding of regulatory policies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
