Job Summary

A company is looking for a Social Worker - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate referrals and assess member needs while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
• Build therapeutic relationships through motivational interviewing and guide members on their goals
• Coordinate and deliver services, monitor intervention effectiveness, and document outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work
• 2+ years of Behavioral Health / Substance Use Disorder experience
• 2+ years of experience in the health care industry, including clinical experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
