Adoption Change Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adoption Change Management (ACM) Specialist to lead a technology transition project in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of a large-scale migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11
• Develop end-user documentation, training materials, and communications for the technology upgrade
• Manage a 4+ month contract position with the possibility of extension

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management/Adoption Change Management
• Proven expertise in Change Management; Prosci and/or ACMP certification is a plus
• Familiarity with basic Project Management tools and techniques
• Bachelor's degree or higher
