- Troubleshooting and resolving escalated NextGen tickets and inquiries
- Documenting service requests and maintaining accurate ticket records

Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 5+ years in Computer Science or Healthcare IT
- 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting NextGen applications
- NextGen Certified Professional (NCP)
- 5+ years troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- 3+ years in a helpdesk or call center environment
