Senior Director of IAM

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Identity and Access Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise IAM strategy and roadmap
• Lead the implementation of an IGA platform and design access lifecycle workflows
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing IAM team while serving as a key stakeholder in compliance initiatives

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Security, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in IAM, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Experience implementing enterprise-grade IGA tools
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, conditional access, SSO, and MFA
• Industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus
