The purpose of this role is to assist internal and customer associates to increase their knowledge and usage of Consumer Panel Data by helping to develop and delivering engaging, interactive and actionable learning.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with Consumer Panel Data and how it can be used to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assisting in the development of and owning the delivery of professional training on NIQ platforms and analytics (specialising in Consumer Panel) to internal associates, local and global clients.
· Act as SME on developments in Consumer Panel to ensure that all training remains up to date and relevant to identify needs for new training curriculum to assist in the development of new training curriculum and material
· Manage good working relationships with specialists across organizations and countries
Key Skills:
· Fluency in English and Italian
· Strong MS Office Knowledge
· Experience in delivering or creating training
· Knowledge of Consumer panel data is essential
· Minimum 2 years experience in a client facing role
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Good organizational and time management skills
· Proven competencies regarding working across cultures would be an advantage
