Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Assistant to provide administrative support to Mortgage Loan Originators.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative support functions for assigned Mortgage Loan Originator(s) until application submission
- Follow up with borrowers for required documentation and respond to their questions regarding loan status
- Utilize marketing tools to assist in growing the Mortgage Loan Originator's book of business
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of experience in administrative support activities
- National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008
- Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with other departments
- Participation in required corporate and business line training
