NOC Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Engineer II (Microsoft Specialist).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze network performance, security alerts, server health, and application behavior using various tools
• Specialize in hardening Microsoft security environments through upgrades, MFA implementation, and anti-phishing solutions
• Serve as the primary escalation point for junior NOC engineers, providing mentorship and leading incident response

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT administration and toolset management
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure AD security architecture
• Experience with Secure Score optimization across multiple tenants
• Strong grasp of identity and access management (IAM), including MFA and conditional access
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
