Nonprofit Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Outsourced Accounting for Nonprofit Industry Clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general advisory services to clients regarding financial statements through scheduled remote meetings
• Serve as the direct point of contact for nonprofit client engagements and maintain relationships with CFOs and finance directors
• Oversee client accounting teams and ensure accuracy in financial reporting and audit requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; CPA preferred
• 8+ years of full cycle accounting experience, particularly in the nonprofit industry
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
• Federal grant reporting and processing experience required
• Proven project management experience
