North Carolina Licensed Pega Lead Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Software Engineer - Pega to design and implement Pega-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of Pega solutions, ensuring scalability and performance
• Guide and mentor teams on best practices and oversee integrations with APIs and third-party systems
• Drive Pega upgrades and enhancements while ensuring compliance with enterprise standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in software application development or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification preferred
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development and architecture
• Strong experience with Pega integrations and cloud deployment models
• In-depth knowledge of System Life Cycle Development methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
