Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer with strong Node.js and TypeScript skills
• Experience working with MongoDB in production and familiarity with REST and API standards
• Proven ability to manage cross-team projects effectively under time constraints
• Experience in building and scaling APIs using best practices like SOLID, DRY, and KISS
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
