North Carolina Licensed Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Product Manager IV - Product Client Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, set product strategy, and manage the product roadmap and execution of new features
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to enhance product decisions and oversee Agile Teams
• Conduct business analysis, product usage analytics, and serve as a liaison between commercial bankers and operational teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a science, engineering, or quantitative major with 4 years of Product Management experience in Onboarding in Banking/Financial Services, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• 6+ years of experience in leading Onboarding and building high-performing teams
• Experience with Fenergo Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform and workflow tools like Appian is a plus
• Strong vendor management skills and understanding of APIs in building an enterprise digital platform
• Solid executive presence and ability to manage across all organizational levels
