• Lead the transformation towards Agentic Commerce using AI to enhance customer experience
• Oversee the development of real-time personalization and advanced recommendation engines

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, with 7+ years in e-commerce or retail tech
• 3+ years in leadership, managing product teams of 5 or more
• Proven success in building and scaling AI/ML-powered products
• Deep expertise in search, recommendations, and personalization
• Advanced degree (MS, MBA, or related field) preferred
